1st January 2023 was our 1st class back andd what fun it was to get moving again after a break, unless you are like Master Luke, in which case, you didn't take a break.
Lovely to be seeing everyone again. We have hit the floor running with new dates for your diary. There is a Titan planning meeting for instructors on 14th January. Our first grading of the year will be on 19th February and the first black belt grading will be on 2nd July. We are looking forward to working hard and continuing to achieve great things in 2023.
